This unique experience offers a beautifully curated, hands-on workshop where guests create both a custom candle and a fresh hand-tied bouquet in one guided session.

Experiences run approximately 1.5–2 hours, depending on group size.

Meet Ashley! I’m the founder of COCOROSE Studio. At COCOROSE, we have taken our collective love of candles and created products to share with you. After three years of developing scents, sourcing the best fragrances, and testing hundreds of wax blends, COCOROSE launched in 2021.

Lighting a COCOROSE candle invokes a lavish and serene experience that can be shared with others or indulged on your own; a luxury you can’t afford to live without. Each coconut (COCO) wax-based candle is hand-poured with love and in remembrance of my angel, my mama, Rosemary (ROSE).

Hi! I’m Jacqueline. With over 20 years event planning experience and more recently floral design creating Quite Frankly Designs my style is rooted in simplicity, organic design, and natural elements. I create spaces that shine on their own, thoughtfully enhancing them to feel warm, elevated, and uniquely tailored to each client without ever feeling overdone.

My approach balances effortless simplicity with intentional curation, resulting in events that feel both refined and deeply personal. For that reason, partnering with Ashley to develop this experience felt like a natural fit.

  • Scent + Stem is an intimate, hands-on workshop where guests create a custom scented candle and a fresh hand-tied bouquet in one guided session. It blends creativity, relaxation, and connection in a beautifully curated setting.

  • The experience is hosted in your home or private space. We thoughtfully transform your environment into an elevated gathering space or a serene setting for self-care.

  • We can typically accommodate small to medium-sized groups (for example, 6–12 guests). Exact capacity may vary based on your space and event needs.

    Larger corporate groups can be accommodated.


  • Yes. We offer options to customize candle scents, floral palettes, and styling details to align with your event theme, brand, or personal aesthetic.

  • We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for any custom elements.

Your Questions Answered

  • Hosts typically provide the space, access to a table or work surface, and adequate lighting. We’ll discuss any specific needs during the planning process.

    Host will typically provide food and beverage for their guest.

  • For safety reasons, we require participants be 16+ due to hot wax and floral tools.

  • Pricing is typically based on group size, level of customization, and location. A detailed quote will be provided once we understand your event needs. But all pricing start at $100 per person.

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.

  • We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling when possible, based on availability. However, due to the nature of fresh florals, product is typically ordered in advance, and a rescheduling fee will apply.
